It is based on the micro-macro principle that the earthly life of Christ PLUS the 40 years he was ascended to the Father together equal 70 years and that this 70 year “lifespan” parallels the average lifespan of a human being, both in his time and still today. This 70-year section of time – the “hypothetical” earthly lifespan of Christ, so to speak – I see as a microcosm of the vast macrocosm of ALL humans, potentially, and I coined this way of seeing it as the “anthropic view of eschatology.
